Welcome to Odyssey Portfolio. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Data Privacy and Patient Information

Odyssey Portfolio is designed strictly for professional development and reflection. Users must not upload, enter, or store any patient-identifiable data within the platform. This includes names, dates of birth, specific geographical locations, or unique ID numbers. The responsibility for ensuring all data is fully anonymized rests entirely with the user.

2. Subscription and Payments

We offer a Free Tier and a Premium Tier (£2.49/month or £20/year). Payments are processed securely via our payment partners. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Data Retention on Subscription Lapse

If your Premium subscription lapses (e.g., due to cancellation or payment failure), your account will be automatically reverted to the Free Tier.

• Data is Never Deleted: You will not lose any existing entries, narratives, or insights. All data remains securely stored and fully accessible for viewing and exporting.
• Creation Limits: If you are over the Free Tier limit (20 entries), you will be unable to create new entries or narratives until you either resubscribe to Premium or delete older entries to fall beneath the threshold.

4. Hosting and Infrastructure

Our databases (Supabase) and backend services (Firebase) are hosted on secure servers located within the European Union (EU). We adhere to high standards of data security and encryption both at rest and in transit.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly concerning the storage of patient-identifiable data or abusive behavior.
